If you are not happy with our service, you can obviously close your Woli account any time. We will be very unhappy to see you go, and we would appreciate your honest feedback for such a decision.
Closing your account is not an automatic process via the Woli app. You will need to send us an email with the following details:
- To: support@woli.io
- Title: Close my Woli Account
Once received by our support team, we will make sure to close your account the soonest possible. Any funds you still have in your Woli Account will be sent back to your bank account within a period of 2 weeks.
